A few of my coworkers and I started a healthy challenge. We are trying to eat healthy and incorporate exercise into our daily lives. It's a fun challenge, yet we are taking it seriously. I am very competitive, so hopefully this will aid me in loosing a few pounds.
I started to walk during the summer, and it's paying off, I've lost over 10 pounds. One of my coworkers is doing weight watchers, another is counting calories, I have yet to decide what route to take, but I definitely need to do pick something that I can stick with.
I have asked more coworkers to join as well, just to make it a little more fun.
