I've been working on an operations manual for my department. I thought it would be a piece of cake, however it's turning out to be quite differently. It's very time consuming.
I had snag8 installed on my computer. It's a cool software, that allows pictures to be added to a document.
So far I've completed about 15 documents. It's time consuming, but they (management) are happy with the results and that is all that matters.

Hi Zenia,
My name is Rob VanVliet. You made a comment on my blog and so I thought that I would return the favor.
Before I say anything, I have to make a comment about the operations manual that you are working on. You said that you thought it would be easy to work on but has turned out to be harder than you thought. I have to tell you that I had a similar experience with something I was working on at my job. At the Treasurers office where I work, training is close to non existent. So, I thought that it would be a good idea to create some sort of succession plan so when I leave and some one new comes in, they know what to expect. Anyways, as I started to write up some good to know information, I realized that there are a lot of things that happen very seldomly that I should leave for future employees. Because it happens so infrequently, I started to think that maybe what I was writing up was more of a waste of time then something useful that people are going to want to use. I ended up getting a little frustrated and have left that project on hold for about a month and a half. Anyways, probably more then you wanted to know.
Well, good luck with work and your internship.
